new link in navigation

I want to place a link (in the navigation row at the top of the page) that will open in a new window. Right now its set up as a page, but I don’t know how to edit that link itself. It’s the “content” link. I can get it to work if I add it to the links in the sidebar, but I want it up top. Can anyone help? Thanks bunches. 🙂
