    Sounds like a plugin/theme conflict.

To test for a theme conflict:

    1. Activate default Twenty Ten, Eleven, Twelve, or Thirteen theme
    2. Check to see if the issue still occurs
    3. If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with landing pages.

To test for a plugin conflict:

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Activate Landing Pages
    3. Check to see if the issue occurs

If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with Landing Pages.

To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps:

    1. Activate each plugin one by one
    2. Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated

Thank you for the quick response! I’m newer to this website stuff – will changing my theme template totally mess up the site? I’m currently running a custom theme.

Also, what will I do about it if it’s a theme problem? Is there a way I can fix it?

Could the contact 7 plugin probably be the problem?

    Thank you thank you!

    *Update*

I just tried both of your suggestions and neither of them worked. 🙁 Is there anything else you would suggest?

Just to clarify – the only plugin I need for this to work is the WordPress Leads plugin correct? And then when I create a contact form, add a lead from the contact form (to test), it is supposed to automatically show up in the “leads” section?

    What is the problem?

All leads should have different form population unless they are all using the same browser

thanks for the reply. The problem i am facing is that if i submit a lead it is submitted like a charm no problem. But if i want to submit two leads what happens is that the plugin repopulates the form with the enteries of the lead that i submitted in the first place. Then If i edit all the enteries with the new ones it does not sumbit a new lead instead it updates the previous lead with the new values. I hope i am making my self clear here. I you dont understand the problem i am having we can talk on skype and share screens to see this in action. my skype address is “mehtabakram”. I can also give you the username and password to check it out your self. my email id is mehtab(at)telesquad.com. and the url of the website i am talking about is http://phi-solar.telesquad.com

About the same browser issue you told me. I need to know if i can stop automatic re-population of form on the front end of website at all after lead submission. I mean that when ever the user submits a lead he should not be able to see or edit it from the front end at all,to edit a lead he should go to the back end and edit it from there. the front end lead form should always show empty fields even when the lead is submitted and the user comes back to the lead form. Is it possible? 🙂

Exclude the form from being tracked: http://www.screencast.com/t/Z2ZJHSw02gJ

Or Open the browser in new incognito browser sessions if you want the autopopulation to go away.

Thanks David for the help But it did not work for me.I would also like to mention that incognito window did not work for me at all. But i have found one of YOUR posts on inbound site and it solved my problem. You can see the link Here

I have mentioned the link inorder to help someone having a similar issue.

But the problem now i am having is that after adding this jquery code into my header.php the form redirection is not working upon form submission.

Thank you David for all your help. Very professional!!!! I really appreciate it.

    Regards,
    Mehtab.
