# New issue adding a hyperlink

 * Hi folks,
 * Updated to 4.2 last week and would describe myself as a fairly proficient WP 
   user, but am having some issues adding hyperlinks since the update. Anyone experiencing
   something similar or know of a easy fix? See images below. I also notice the 
   list of old links is not there, although previously created links are still functioning,
   I’m just not able to create new hyperlinks :-/
 * When I click on add link, the link is not generated.

 * Hello,
 * I fixed my issue by deactivating the ‘no follow’ plugin i had installed. If you
   have any relevant link editing plugins installed try deactivating them. It seems
   quite a few people have fixed it this way.

 * This worked for me as well, unfortunately I prefer to use no follow links. Hopefully
   plugin is fixed to comply with wordpress update.
