    Hi Paul,

    ​Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    ​Could you please confirm whether you did click on ‘sync data’ after plugin activation and the same process did complete successfully as the same process is required for loading historical data in Smart Reporter.

    ​Also, once you can simply deactivate and reactivate Smart Reporter and then re-click on the ‘sync data’ and then have a recheck with the Smart Reporter functionality and do let us know your views on the same.

    ​If the issue still persists, then kindly create a temporary WordPress Admin account for us and forward us the login credentials ( admin URL, username, password ) at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ so that we can look into the issue and resolve it asap. Also, please test the login information before you send this to us to make sure it works!!
