 * Make sure, specifically, that /wp-includes/wp-db.php exists.

 * thats not right.
 * Ill assume that you have uploaded these files after unpacking the zip that you
   previously downloaded from this web site.
 * This is what the structure ought to look like:
 * [http://www.village-idiot.org/broke/wordpress-tree.gif](http://www.village-idiot.org/broke/wordpress-tree.gif)
 * for your setup assume that the wordpress at the top of that images is actually
   blogs — wp-includes, and wp-admin will be inside blogs together. Not one inside
   of the other.
 * It is the same exact file structure that should exist within the zip file you
   downloaded (again Ive assumed thats what you have done).
 * Here is another image that might be clearer yet.

 * Just pretend that public_html (in that image) is your “blogs” diectory.
