# New install does not work

 * I have installed this on an intranet site which is inaccessible outside of our
   network. I have checked the header and footer and the required code is included.
   I have activated the debug mode and nothing happens, which is also what happens
   on all browsers… nothing. All browser’s display the webpage without any popup.
   Please advise what next steps need to be taken.

 * This portion of code in my theme’s footer caused the issue.
 * <?php echo ‘© ‘ . date(“Y”). ‘: ‘ . get_bloginfo( ‘name’ ) . ‘ ‘; sunrain_creditline();?

 * Once I removed the code it worked perfectly!
