# New install causing loadout

 * I installed Jetpack on my site which is quite young, but has quite a few images.

   Upon installation and after enabling CDN, my webserver (shared cPanel) started
   loading out to the point of being unusable. Is this expected in the short term
   while images sync and consequently would load return to normal after a short
   time? I have had to disable in the meantime as my site became inaccessable. Is
   there anything that you could point me to in the logs which would help me diagnose
   any issues. I am keen to use the plugin to help with site performance and could
   reinstall at another time that is more suitable. Thanks Chris

 * Hi Chris,
 * you should not have any issues when enabling CDN. I had a look at the debugger
   and it seems that Jetpack connection is not working properly on your site.
 * Could you try to re-install Jetpack as explained here? [https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/)
 * Let me know if that helped.

 * I have just reinstalled and it is loading out the server almost immediately.

   The plugin itself is sat on the sashboard seemingly tring to load stats. I can
   click to another menu item (Settings) and all setting are there and selectable

 * Thanks for the update.
    I had another look and I’m still seeing an issue with
   the XML RPC endpoint on your site. Problems accessing XML RPC could be due to
   another plugin, a security module, or a block on your server. As a first step
   to fixing this, I’d recommend contacting your host to see whether they block
   XML RPC and if so, to unblock it for Jetpack (they can find our IP range here
   https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/). Let us know what you hear back from
   your host, and we’ll retest the Jetpack connection once ready.

 * I haven’t forgotten about this, I have been busy with other things.
    I will return
   to this thread tomorrow. Thanks for your assistance thus far.

 * I still see [an error](https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=http://visitkefalonia.gr)
   on your site.
    I understand you already got in touch with your host, is that
   right? If so, can you see the /xmlrpc.php file at the root of your WordPress
   installation when accessing your site via FTP? If you don’t, then please try
   re-installing WordPress. You can do this by going to the Dashboard -> Upgrades
   page, then click the “Reinstall WordPress” button.
 * If that does not help, do you use any security plugins that may block access
   to this file? If so, could you try to disable them? You might also want to check
   your site’s .htaccess file for any rules that might be blocking access to the
   xmlrpc.php file.
 * Once we are able to access your site’s xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to
   connect Jetpack to [https://wordpress.com](https://wordpress.com).
 * Let me know how it goes!

 * I’m still seeing the same error but I noticed you marked the thread as resolved.

   Has the initial issue disappeared?

 * I don’t know how I marked it as resolved, because it isn’t 🧐.
    The only plugin
   I can see that may be the cause of an issue is Loginizer. I’ll temporarily disable
   this to see if it might make a difference. Thanks Chris

 * We’re still encountering the same problem.
 * Is there any security system on your hosting account’s end that you could try
   switching odd, like mod_security or a firewall?
 * You don’t have to wait for us on this, just switch them off and check [https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https://visitkefalonia.gr](https://jetpack.com/support/debug/?url=https://visitkefalonia.gr)
   to see if it reports an all-clear, then switch them back on.
 * If you see an all-clear, you can check those security items out individually
   to identify which one is blocking us.
