New Install – Caching “Issues”

I just added the Defender plugin to my site via the plugins > add new.
It was a bit slow to install vs other sites I’ve used it on, but it’s the same server so there shouldn’t be any issues.
However, It keeps saying “4 issues” >
I told it to delete them … and it’s not.
So I did it manually via ftp – and it’s still seeing them as being there.What is causing this cache? I do NOT have any wp caching turned on, and none of my other sites cache like this.
New site set up, so not my issue either related to other plugins. (Only using Thrive Architect theme which has zero issues and again, have used on multiple other sites too).
Suggestions? How do I stop this from caching?
