Support » Plugin: AMP » New Install 0.6.2 won’t activate

    Hi,
I just installed AMP for WordPress. I activated it after installing, but noticed “Activate” was still showing on the Plugins page. I tried a couple more times, but it is not active (no AMP in Settings -> General). There is no error message. The Plugins screen erroneously shows “Plugin Activated” after each attempt.

Is there anything in the PHP error log?

    Hi Weston,
Nada. I enabled php error logging, verified it was on and clicked to activate the plugin (status line reports plugin activated, but it’s not). Nothing recorded in php.log.

Only suggestion I have is to try deactivating other plugins one-by-one and try re-activating AMP each time to try to find a potential plugin incompatibility. I don’t understand why WordPress is unable to activate the plugin, but to me it seems either to be a problem with your WordPress install or a something one of your other plugins is doing.
