NEW Image Re-Sizing Improperly in Slider Since Update (10 posts)

    Hi!

I've had ONE image in my slider from one Sticky Post featured image since almost a year ago. The slider shows the image at its full height and width, it doesn't crop it or makes it skinny and it's been great.
I updated WordPress, the theme and all of the plug-ins.

Now I want to have another featured image from a new sticky post.
I uploaded an image of the exact same size as that old one but it's not working the same way. It crops it in its height and centers it. I don't understand it used to work great.
Also if I leave both posts sticky, it shows the new one cropped and then it switches to the other sticky post and that image isn't cropped it is the right size.... so it doesn't look good it switches between images and crops the new one and then suddenly the height is at full height for the old image :(. I don't understand, bother images are EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE and I'm doing the sticky option the same way.

There's gotta be some code somewhere that needs to be changed and that should work with the updated theme and wordpress?

    HELP!

Ok so I just re-uploaded the same photo from the OLD post and it also crops it now so it's definitely NOT an image issue, but a wordpress issue.

I'm having the same problem, an did write it at the Pinboard forum on the author's page (http://www.onedesigns.com/support/topic/new-slider-image-suddenly-doesnt-fit).

    No helpful answer yet...

So I removed the slider at all - looked terrible...!

Now I want to use a fullscreen slider plugin for the landing page,
but I'm not able to create a site with no content, just with the menue.

@esmi it looks like you didn't read Geri's post on onedesigns, IT IS the exact same issue... FYI.

These forums have guidelines. Please read them. As you will see, one of these guidelines - entitled Where to Post - specifically states:

Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else's thread. Start your own topic.

    Please abide by this.

Ok Esmi, sure. Other than that, do you have a Fix for this issue?

You need to wait for the theme's developer to respond.
