Were you able to resolve this issue? My icontact integration is still not working. I realized recently I wasn’t getting any more opt ins because of it. I’m currently running wp 4.7 on my site.

I had the same issue and, after not receiving any support from the developer (not sure what’s going not here), here’s a solution that I found:
a) create a new form in iContact with your desired optin list;
b) click on “get code”
c) the list id (five digits), special id (three digits), and client id (six digits) are all listed within the code;
d) click on “optin forms” on the left of your dashboard; click on “email forms,” and replace any numbers with the new ones that you just extracted from step “c” above…
All will work beautifully well!
