# New hosting required

 * I have recieved a message from my wehosting that in order to be upgraded to php
   5.7 they need to do a new empty installation. So that I have to redo the whole
   installation from scratch.
 * I am not a very experienced user, and obviously don’t want to lose the site that
   I have already done. At the same time I can’t continue to use the site as several
   options do not work properly on old php version.
 * Could you please advise what I should do? What steps to perform to save the site
   and move to new empty hosting?
