New Forums

Hello,
I’m really hoping someone can help me. I currently have Mingle Forums running on my site. Its really moving slow, you make a post or comment and it doesn’t show up right away and sometimes for up to 30 minutes. I’m not sure how to fix this. I thought about going to a new forum plugin but I wasn’t sure. I don’t want to lose the content I currently have. I have looked at bbPress, Simple Press, and Forumpress but I can’t find how to migrate from Mingle to one of them. Does anyone have an opinion? Any help is greatly appreciated.
