Yes sure you can have different pictures there, I’ve written down how to do it in the readme.txt file in the theme zip file, please feel free to have a look and play 🙂
We’ve just updated the theme so that there is a “read more” link for every post on the front page, which adds the usability.

Thank you, excellent theme. However i have one question, i’ve uploaded redevo_newsgreen and its working well but is it possible to post in more than one category and only show one post on the home page?
For example i’ve tried writing a post to show in featured and new categories. Two indentical posts then appear on the home page. Ideally i would only like one post appear.
Sorry if there’s an obvious answer, i’m quite new to wordpress.

I’ve set this theme up on http://www.allthatnerdystuff.com but I notice that immediately images embedded in articles via NextGen gallery no longer show up at all on the front page. They do appear when you follow the link, and with any other theme they work fine, so it’s got to be just this theme. I left a note on the official forums several days ago, does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
