    Hi there

We activated your plugin and can see in edit profile page the new fields.

But, they’re not displaying in the front end. We’re using the theme “QK Oliver.”

Something in the theme is blocking it. When we tested with Twenty-Sixteen it worked.

Can you tell me where I can manually add some code to our theme’s files to get this to work?

    Thanks,
    Todd

This is a paid theme that boasts bbpress forum integration.

I’d suspect one of two things.

Either their theme is using it’s own bbpress templates, or they are using the same action hook as me, and overwriting my code.

Can you have a look and see if your theme has a bbpress folder in it, not the plugins directory, but you theme folder ie

wp-content/theme/oliver(or whatever the theme folder is called)/bbpress.

If so does it have either of these files in it?

    loop-single-reply.php
    user-profile.php

    If so let me know

    Hi Robin

As you can see here, loop-single-reply.php is in our theme folder.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the site we’re working on at the moment (developing locally on a different computer that’s at the office).

Can you walk me through what I may need to update/change?

    Thanks!
    Todd
