    I’m trying to add a new field to an existing contact form that I built in the Lite version of this plugin but after I enter all of the information and save the form the newly entered field shows up as “untitled” and all of the content that I added is gone. This occurs on the live website and on the form editor in wordpress.

    I’ve tried to reenter the content a number of times using different types of fields (drop down list and radio buttons) but no matter what I do the content always disappears.

    I’m very frustrated, please help! Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting us!

    The problem which you are facing with Contact Bank, it may be confliction either with your Theme or with your installed plugins.

    In order to sort out your issue, you need to follow the following steps which are given below:

    Firstly, deactivate all the installed plugins except Contact Bank then check the problem.

    If the problem still exist then deactivate your theme & activate another theme and check.

    If you still face the problem then let us know & we will sort out the problem.

    Thanks for the response. I didn’t see it until just now so I’ll attempt to fix it tonight and report back. Thanks again!

    btw, I tried a bunch of contact form plugins before contact bank and yours is by far my favorite.

    Unfortunately, the problem persists after all other plugins have been deactivated and a different theme has been activated. After I enter the new fiel in the form and save the form I go and check the preview of the form and the field that I just entered goes back to “untitled”.

    Hi,

    We would suggest you to kindly contact with your Host Provider may be they disable the smtp or phpmailer on your domain.

    If they disable the smtp or phpmailer function then ask them to enable them on your domain.
