I have added a new field via the Admin menu. This field does not show-up when I select “Add New Listing” or edit an existing listing. It only shows in the preview of the submission form. More-over, on a live listing the new field appears but it takes the value of another field as its content.

I am trying to add a “trading address” to the listing & forms.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this an error?

Hi Malcolm,

The behavior you describe sounds very odd. I’m not sure what could cause it, but we should rule out plugin and theme conflicts first: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

If that checks out, next I would need to see the Field admin screen for that field via screenshot and a link to the listing, along with what is the problem field (and what field the bogus data is coming from). Use http://imageshack.us if you need it.
