New Featured Images not displaying after site move

    Moves the site from http://www.domain.com/blog/ to blog.domain.com (We use the Magazine Theme.)

    Everything went fine (I thought) but I have noticed when new blog postings are posted, the featured image does not appear. It comes up as a broken link with the file info title in the box.

    Funny thing is, the posts/images in place before the move work fine. I can even post a new blog entry and use an old featured image, and it works.

    If I try to navigate to the images URL, I get Error 401. (http://blog.yaegercpareview.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/eric_s_john_200.jpg)

    The site can be seen at : blog.yaegercpareview.com

    Also, the small image (new one) appears on the scrolling navigation bar (the small images under the main slider.)

    UGH!!! Someday I will get this figured out.

    Any help/advice would be great.

    Your best bet is to re-insert/re-upload those images to their proper place. The folder file path probablly got changed when you changed URL’s. You could always try to find which folder WP is searching in for the image by going to the page, right click, and view page source.

    The files are where the url says they should be. I double check and the files are in those folders.

    Just for some reason, they do not display.

    Hey starfishtrainers, any luck resolving this? I’m having the same issue.
