 * Is there a way to possibly get rid of the original “website name” link? At the
   moment I am using the Custom Admin Bar plugin to get rid of it. If this was added
   to your plugin, I could delete the other.

 * It is. Simply add this:
 * `#wp-admin-bar-site-name{display:none}`
 * to AGCA -> Advanced tab -> Custom CSS
 * This option might be added in next version.

 * Another quick question: Is there a way to instead of changing the color for login
   page, to upload and display a picture of your choice? It would be nice… but not
   a big deal.

 * You’re welcome. Adding custom background images on login page is not supported.
   You can add a custom logo image only.
