• Hello!

I’ll start by saying that I did not set up this plugin so my knowledge of why/how it was set up is limited.

We’ve been using Subscriber2 to have people subscribe to our Blog. We have a form on our blog, etc.

New email subscribers are not being added to the subscription list and they are not receiving the blog digest email.

Subscribe2 works on double opt in, so future subscribers need to enter their email on your form and then click on a link in the resulting email. I’ve just tried this on your site and them email hasn’t arrived, that means it’s either not being generated (but it seems everything is working as it should) or the email is being blocked.

Try installing an email logging plugin and see if the emails are generated, if they are, make sure the sending email address is on the same domain as your blog (so if you blog is example.com the email address needs to end with @example.com) and then check with your hosting provider why the emails are not being sent.

I’m having the same problem. The strange thing is that emails are being sent without problems when new content is posted (I use mailgun), but for new subscriptions, you are redirected to the “default subscribe2 page”, nothing more. Any ideas?

Problem solved, it was my fault. I reorganized some pages when I installed the new WP theme and the new one lacked the shortcode. Noob failure!
