New custom fields are not shown in Members Directory

Hi, I just created a new field on the User Profile section, but when I try to include it on the Members List options, it doesn´t appear. What can I do to fix this issue? How can this plugin recognize this new field?

Is there a code I can add to the functions.php to fix this issue?

I appreciate your help on this.

Could you please provide steps to reproduce the issue? Please tell us the field type of the new field. If possible, please provide screenshots so we can test it on our end.

Hi, I just create a new field called “Estado del afiliado” on the WordPress User tab but I also need it to appear as an option to show on the member lists on the Ultimate Member plugin.

Hi @aguirre77

Sorry for the late response.

You will have to create the form field in the UM Form Builder and match the exact meta/field key used in the WP Admin > Users screen so their data will be synced.
