Hi @hollywang, I wish I could help, but you are using a custom built theme and I have no idea how the comment system was coded. You will have to ask your theme developer why the comments are not working.
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product

For some reason new comments on posts are not showing up. At first I thought it was related to a plugin not working properly but after turning off all the plugins it hasn’t fixed the problem. All the old comments are showing up just any new comments after a certain date aren’t appearing on posts.
Anyone else encounter this issue/know what might be causing it?
