# New Comment Emails

 * For some reason I can’t get my blog to send me emails when new comments are posted.
   Everything appears to be set up correctly. I’ll get emails when I have a comment
   in need of moderation, but not the emails when I get a new auto-approved comment.
   I have a second blog that is set up the same way, and those comments do come 
   through to my email. It’s not a spam filter problem, as I have my email spam 
   filter shut off.

 * I’m having the same problem – it just started two days ago. I’ve been using WordPress
   for months, and the feature has always worked until recently. Can anyone help?

 * Me too!!! I get emails for moderation comments, but not auto-approved ones.

   a new server…about two weeks ago.

   It has a solution, but I doubt it’s relevant, considering it was for 1.5.

 * yeah…that solution doesn’t seem to jive.
