It is possible another plugin has added this column to your website.
Is there any plugins you have only on this site, but not on the others?
If not, the plugins they have in common are all on the same version?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
This has appeared on my website as well. Orders are now listed as to whether they are organic, referred or direct as well as unknown. I assumed it was a WordPress or Woocommerce update, not a different plugin. I would be interested on any further information on it, as it does not appear to have any way to establishing where this has came from.
The new column you are seeing is a result of the Order Attribution feature which was baked into WooCommerce core 8.5.0.
