# New Chart Not Working

 * Hello,
 * I am evaluating the plugin, I installed it, then I tried to create a new chart
   but when I click on “Next” button, page hangs there for a lot of time until get
   404 page.
 * I disable all plugins to check but still didn’t work.
 * I am using WordPress 5.9.3 on PHP 7.4.
