Hi, I have just started my new blog site http://shredrex.com/blog/ and wanted to know one thing.

How do I change the the date and time? I see the option to change format and such, but not to change to my local time settings.

Can anyone help me? I have looked, and done everything suggested in the help files. But still I am stuck with UTC time? I think I want GMT -4.....

    Thanks in advance!

Easiest way is to set it at -4 then go to write post page and see what time is displayed - adjust accordingly.
-4 should be Eastern Daylight Savings Time?

Right, but I can't change the region at all........where how do I do that?

I go Options/General and to the bottom for date and time. But all I can change is "times in the weblog should differ by" and date and time format and what day of the week the calendar should start on. But nothing to change from UTC to anything......

Does it have something to do with date and time formats? I thought that was nothing more than dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy and so on.....

times in the weblog should differ by

That's exactly what you are looking for. You just have to know how many hours (plus or minus) is the difference between your time zone and UTC (also known as GMT) and put that number in the field.
