Hi,
well , the log didn’t contain anything real useful
please try this way :
1. enable debug log to your IP , and clear it up
2. publish a post
3. open your front page , check the HTTP response header, see what was it on first access
4. provide the log

x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache
x-litespeed-tag: 4b9_tag_priv,public:4b9_HTTP.200,public:4b9_PGSRP
this indicates the cache was not caching that page
but I don’t see any cache header on my browser
what is your server environment ?
and also please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

PHP Version 7.3.30

for the record , this case was due to user have had WP rocket before.
and even it was disabled at the time issue occurred, there was still some residual files remains from WP Rocket that interfered , so the solution was re-enable WP rocket , purge all from WP Rocket , then disable it again
