New block editor: Preview does not show page changes

    When updating an existing page using the new block editor, the Preview button does not show my yet-to-be-published updates. I can only see them after clicking the Update button, which defeats the purpose of the preview function. (Note: the Preview button does work properly when creating a new page that is still in draft status.)

    I’ve noticed this too, and I think it’s some kind of race condition. Like the previewer loads before the save has actually finished. Like, if I wait a moment and then hit preview again, it works and shows the changes.

    If I’m right about the cause, then this issue should be fixed in an update soon.
