New AWeber Unique IDs do not work in plugin

    This plugin works well for old AWeber Subscriber lists. I was using it to add multiple lists, however one of the lists was not working.

    I got an AWeber consultant on the phone and he added that they just released new Unique IDs for each list. I found that my newest list was not working (with friendly name -or- unique ID), and so something about these new IDs is not working within this plugin.

    It would be nice if the plugin developer could contact the AWeber API team to make the fixes needed to get this working with the new AWeber ids.
