New ‘after_title’ and ‘after_editor’ contexts push the Publish metabox down

This may just be how the hooks and layout works in WP, but I expected the Publish metabox to stay floated right all the way at the top. When I register a CMB2 metabox in either of these contexts, the Publish metabox gets lowered all the way down below the end of the metabox I registered.
