New affiliate User registration is not a success

    Started using the Coupon Affiliate Pro free trial but, when registering a new user as an affiliate the new registrations display as users as a coupon affiliate but the vouchers are not assigned. even if we tried editing manually it cannot be done since the editing does not display the vouchers as the documentation. The new registrations are not displaying under Approvals. That means there is no approval process even if we undo the auto-acceptance of new registrations.

    Thanks for the message.

    When you say vouchers, are you referring to the “coupons” in WooCommerce, or are different type of “vouchers” created by a different plugin? Currently our plugin only works alongside default “coupons” available in WooCommerce.

    Hi Thanks for the reply.

    I’m not using the free version I subscribed to the pro version’s free trial before buying. when testing the pro features I faced these issues.

    1. when registering a new user as an affiliate the new registrations display under Woocommerce users not under coupon affiliate registration. also, the coupon codes are not assigned. even if tried editing manually it cannot be done since the editing does not display the coupon code as the documentation.
    2. The new registrations are not displaying under Approvals. That means there is no approval process even if we undo the auto-acceptance of new registrations.
