New Admin had no access to the solid settings

Hello,
i created an new wordpress user with role ‘administrator’. This user had no access to the solid settings.
Only the user with id 1 have access to the settings. How can i configure the access for the new user, then the ‘old’ admin user with id 1 should be disable.
