New Admin Area Tiny on Wide Resolutions

    For all previous versions of wordpress I’ve used, the admin fits nicely into my wider resolution.

    The new admin, especially post and page editors, fails miserably. The text editor for new post and new page is pushed to the far left, without much margin, and in total only takes up about 30-35% of the screen, versus about 50+ in older versions. It makes it impossible to comfortably write, so I downgraded to a previous version.

    This plugin removes the size restrictions of the new admin.

    Uh wp devs. Why do we have to get a third party plugin to have an admin area that fits current gen screens. Do you just assume we’re all running old systems. I though this was an upgrade. That means you add fuctionality not take it away.. Get serious!
