New accounts are auto-approved

    Hello,

    I’m surprised to see, some of the accounts are auto approved at my website even after doing proper setting in Plugin. I have set Registration Status to Require Admin Review for default registration role subscriber.
    Environment Info:
    Ultimate Member: 2.1.20
    WordPress: 5.7.2
    PHP: 7.3

    What is fix for this?

    Could you please check if the WP Register form is accessible?
    see yoursitedomain.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    We have a redirect set to UM register page when someone access to yoursitedomain.com/wp-login.php?action=register.

    How many roles are assigned to your test account? If there’s more than 1 role, you will need to make one of the roles a Primary Role by adding a Priority Number in User Role Settings.
