please navigate to WOOCOMMERCE -> SETTINGS -> ACCOUNTS & PRIVACY and make cure the option “When creating an account, automatically generate an account password” is active.

Does WooCommerce send the password when our plugins are disabled?
There could be other plugins which impact sending passwords.

ok this could be related… German market has some privacy settings for account creation.
Maybe you can check the settings there?

Hallo,
wir haben das selbe Problem. In der EMail-Vorlage “Neues Konto” steht der Platzhalter [NEW_PASSWORD], aber in der versandten E-Mail wird kein Passwort angezeigt.
In WooCommerce ist die Einstellung “When creating an account, automatically generate an account password” angehakt.
Wir verwenden zwar auch German Market und auch B2B Market von MarketPress, aber wenn beide Plugins deaktiviert werden, ändert sich nichts.
Darüber hinaus, setzen wir die Sicherheitsplugins Wordfence, Sucuri Security und WP Cerber ein, aber auch hier bringt die Deaktivierung nichts.
Die Konfiguration ist:
– WordPress 5.2.4
– WooCommerce 3.8.0
– WP HTML Mail 2.9.1.4
– WP HTML Mail WooCommerce 2.9.1.3
Scheinbar gibt es tatsächlich ein Problem mit diesem Platzhalter.

ich muss mich korrigieren. Beim Test ist uns ein Fehler unterlaufen. Es liegt tatsächlich an German Market. Wenn man das Plugin deaktiviert, funktioniert der Platzhalter einwandfrei. Wir werden versuchen diese Angelegenheit mit dem MarketPress-Support zu lösen. Wenn Sie trotzdem eine Idee oder einen Lösungsansatz haben, wären wir Ihnen sehr verbunden.
