    Hi,

    I have an issue when I’m editing the new account email.
    When I create an account from my account page (my-account) the email sent is different form the one sent when I create an account from the checkout process (who is correct).

    Also when I’m editing the mail thought the plugin interface , the email preview doesn’t update itself. But weirdly when I send a preview email everything is ok.

    I think it’s worth mentioning that we are using WPML.

    It would be great if you could help us resolve this problem !

    Can you post a screen shot of that email? When you say different what does that mean exactly?

    What language is your admin in when you are previewing? Is it different from your site default language?

    The wordpress admin is in French, and WPML default language is also French.

    It’s hard for me to guess without seeing any of your settings.

    First confirm that nothing is overriding your templates by going to woocommerce > status and scrolling down to the templates.

    Next temporarily deactivate your plugins one by one until the customizer is showing the correct text when you view emails.

    Once you have a better idea of what plugin is the issue you can then go through the plugin settings to determine what needs to be changed.

    Hi,

    I’ve juste checked, and yes there was an old version of email template in my theme folder.
    I had those removed on my local environment, but they where still active on the online server.

    Now that they’re gone, everything seems to works fine !
