New "Â" characters in existing posts (3 posts)

Since upgrading to 2.3.3, a large number of "Â" characters have appeared in many of my existing blog entries. They always appear at the end of existing words like "ofÂ" and "theÂ" and so on.

And now that several hundred posts have all these extra "Â" characters, is there a simple MySQL command to run to delete them?

The keyboard sequence for this character is Ctrl-^, Shift-A

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue.

This happens form time to time when you upgrade. It's a UTF8 issue. It can be a nightmare.

Try these plugins: UTF8 Sanitize or UTF-8 Database Converter.
