# NEVER works

 * I downloaded this for the free version, then upgraded and had to go up two levels.
 * Still didn’t work. Tried it with several other sites. NEVER WORKED.
 * The ONLY TIME IT DID WAS WHEN I APPEALED TO THEIR FACEBOOK PERSON AFTER I GOT
   NO RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT ABOUT MY ISSUES.
 * I see a lot of people do use it and good for them. For my money, no thanks.
 * OH…they also continue to charge my card after cancellation.

   mentioned, from what I am able to see, my teammate Milos already addressed all
   the issues that you experienced.
 * It looks like you have more than one ManageWP account and that is the reason 
   why your card is still being charged – one of these accounts still has the active
   subscription (please take a look at the support ticket, there is a more detailed
   explanation, as I won’t mention here mail addresses connected to these accounts).
