    When will the developer start updating this plugin? you seem to be the highest price for add-ons yet never update the free core plugin.

    RtMedia drastically is slowing down our websites and you fail to address this issue!

    You pass any support onto the non existant ‘team’ and never reply with answers.

    You best fix and update this plugin before buddypress devs bring out their own media solution (which they are working on now) users will max exodus this plugin and you losing your revenue on extremely over priced (never updated) addons

    Hello @webby87

    We are working on this now and expecting to improve soon. Basically, this is not a single issue/bug or something that can be fixed instantly. It requires us to debug and scan the codes for improvements, a kind of optimization task.

    rtMedia and its add-ons have a huge codebase. So, I’m unable to provide an exact timeframe now but we are working on it and hoping to sort it out soon.
