    I downloaded and activated, but it never shows up in my Tools dropdown. Tried refreshing, deactivating and reactivating. Nothing. ?

    Can you send both the url of the website where Force Refresh is activated and screenshots that show the missing section under Tools?

    Thanks for getting back to me! I checked out anyfocus.org and I don’t see the Force Refresh script being pulled in. Some followup questions:

    1. Is the plugin currently activated on anyfocus.org?
    2. What version of the plugin are you currently using?
    3. What version of PHP and WordPress are you on?
    4. What is the current role of the user you are logged in as when the plugin is activated but not showing up under tools?
