Support » Plugin: WP Travel » Never places bookings into shopping cart

  • Using the Travel Log theme as suggested with the WPTravel Plugin plus the WPTravel addon plugin, and emailing customer support for help multiple times, my bookings will not go into the shopping cart after months of struggling. This setup has been a complete disaster.

    I had multiple emails for help after posting in the forum three times and each time having better resolution via email. I provided admin access. No one was ever able to make a purchase through this plugin. I switched to woocommerce yesterday and already had a sale.

    Sorry to bother you again but we would like to inform you that we have found the cause that is creating the issue in your site. The issue is regarding the permission of DB user in your side so if you want then we can fix it for your so that you can use the plugin again without any issue.
