    Don't use this plugin. It will break. You will lose sales.

    As a developer, WPEC is an absolute nightmare. Getting it to work takes a lot of effort, and every update changes the core of the website substantially. Good lucky trying to customize any of those template files!

    I've used this on three different websites, all of which are currently outdated because it's too much of a hassle to update.

    What broke this time? You can't add products to the cart. Not even with other plugins disabled and using a stock theme. It's so terrible. And look at all those other 1-star ratings.

    Hi radgh,

    Thanks so much for your feedback, much appreciated. We do always encourage users to test updates on a staging site before deploying to production, as we do understand that eCommerce sites are especially sensitive. We do make every effort to ensure things don't break - but with some users having theme templates that go nearly 8 years back - it can sometimes be hard to account for every scenario.

    I'd be more than happy to take a look at any issue you're having and provide assistance as needed. To be clear - the issue you describe - not being able to add products to the shopping cart - that's not an issue we have any major reports on.
