Sorry to hear this…. but, I can’t find any posts to our support forum in your profile – https://wordpress.org/support/users/milada07/topics/ – where are the topics that we stopped responding to? Googling “milada07 updraftplus” also turns up nothing. If there is something we missed, it is not intentional. Note that, since their last forum update, the wordpress.org forums no longer sort topics automatically in order of most-recent replies, so sometimes topics get buried and not seen. You can start a new one in that case. Though, as I say, looking on your profile, I can’t find any topics that you’ve started at all.
Follow-up: searching in our customer database, I can now see that you posted a support question for the free plugin in our pre-sales channel, and were requested to instead post it in the wordpress.org forum, here, and did not do so. This isn’t us “getting bored” – it’s just us trying to keep things in the proper channels so that we can manage our >1 million users in a sustaintable way. If you do want to post something in the support forum for the free plugin, we will be glad to take a look at it. (Note that the “pre-sales questions” form does ask people not to use it for support requests, and includes a direct link to the free support channel).
