    Hello,

    I have migrated my website to a new hosting provider. I haven´t made any plugins configuratioin change and now Contact Form is not working any more. It used to work without issues,

    The contact form page was https://recorreba.com/contactarnos/ This was created with Elementor.

    I tried inserting the same code in a Gutenberg page , but the problem still persists: https://recorreba.com/contacto/

    After the migration process, the “Send” Button enters a never ending loop as though there is something it cannot now resolve.

    DNS servers have been properly updated so my website is pointing as expeted, I cannot understand why my form is not working any more

    Please help me fix this issue

    I have latest WP Version
    Php 7.4

    I have tested the system with plugin Check & Log Email and it says that my WP sends emails without issues. I sent a test email with this plugin and the email arrived perfectly well.

    Plugins that I use and with which Contact (used to work fine)

    I am trying to configure a new form, and because I had configured this form a long time ago, now I don´t remember (and get confused) as to how to complete the Email boxes

    Current settings are:

    To: [your-email] <wordpress@recorreba.com>
    From: [_site_title] <wordpress@recorreba.com>

    Perhaps here is the problem as both boxes appear to be the same
    this page, https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/ does not clarify my doubts.

    PLEASE NOTICE:

    What I now remember is that by that time,I also had problmes, and I was then instructed to add a code somewhere, sorry as I don´t remember either the code or where to place it. If you could just remind me of that, it will be fantastic!!!

    Hello again,

    Adding up to my recent post, If I´m not mistaken the piece of code supposed to be added was in “Forms” configuration tab, below or above recaptcha

    [anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response]
    [anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response]

    [anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response]

    I remember having had problems with Contact Form 7 and that piece of code completely resolved the issue.

    Hello again,

    Adding to this ticket, let me share that there may be a CAptcha problem

    I have reCAPTCHA:v3 in my WP site and completed the keys accordingly

    For Contact Form 7,
    It is properly integrated following instructions in https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/support/kb/adding-captcha-contact-form-7-forms/

    HOwever, either I use V3 or V2 I get captcha errors. like timeout or “there has been some problems , try again later” or ” ERROR para el propietario del sitio:
    El dominio no es válido para la clave del sitio
    Privacidad – Condiciones (Error for siteowner,: domain is not valid for the site key)

    I have added “[anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response]-” in the “Form” settings tab and problem persists.

    Please help! I don´t know what else to do

    For the rest of the plugins, WP sends notifications without issues

    Sorry as I forgot to mention that I have even tried with ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7 plugin, by IQComputing , and the issue persists.

    Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam, and Wordfence Security.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hello,

    My whole website crashed.
    I deactivated only Contact Form 7 and could confirm that this plugin caused the crash so I simply decided to deactivate it and remove it.

    I´m so sorry about that, but I am not the only case.
    There are other very popular plugins, but I am not in a position to recommmend any
