"Never cache the following pages" not working

    We have a page that I can’t seem to exclude from being cached:

    http://somedomain.com/dining/

    Under “Page Cache” > “Never cache the following pages”, I have this….

    wp-.*\.php
    index\.php
    /dining/

    The page has dynamic content on it that is added using a shortcode through a 3rd party plugin. I keep seeing answers where the suggestion is to load the content dynamically using ajax, but that just isn’t an option. But more importantly, why isn’t this exclusion working?
