• the plugin increases the ajax hits on the server and causes timeouts and many performence issues, the never respond to support tickets and ironically never answer the live chat on their own site.

    I’m sorry you had experienced issues with our plugin.
    Please note that we did in fact respond to our ticket 6 days ago and requested that you swap over to our Node server feature to reduce the resource usage on your server.

    You should have also received an email from Veronique this morning – please can we use this line of communication as I believe you may never have received our response on the support desk?

    I would like to sort out your issue and get everything working as it should. Please allow us the opportunity to do so?
