    I’ve been doing in the IT business for long time and I can honestly say that I never had such not a good service but exceptional one. I asked for help and I was already on Zoom literally within 5 mins. Amazing. Never saw before. I understood more about the configuration with the technician instead of going by myself. Needed some testing and next day, on a call at the time requested.
