Neve options not loading

    I have downloaded and activated Neve theme but the Neve options do not load. So there is no way for me to use the starter sites. How to resolve this? I have gone through all help forums and all documentation on their website.

    Hi @parul124,

    Do you get any errors in the browser console on the Neve options page? There might be a conflict with some plugin that causes it – try to disable other plugins and check if you can successfully load the Neve options page then.

    If it works – try enabling plugins one by one to identify which of them is causing the conflict.

    I have the same problem. I had to disable quic in chrome browser to have it working

    You may also want to check if the site’s visibility settings is set to public or private from

    WP admin >> Settings >> Reading

    also disable any Maintenance mode / Coming soon plugin if you have turned on.

    I have the same issue and i have the fresh installed WordPress and theme no plugin activated. this is how it showing up http://prntscr.com/ugmmhk

    Please try to clear your browsing cache and go to your Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalink and click “Save changes” without modifying anything.
