Neve Mobile Menu Not Working

    Hello,

    Theme NEVE 3.5.8, WordPress 6.2, PHP: 8.1

    I had a problem with the display of the main menu on the mobile or tablette

    The mobile menu icon shows correctly, but when I click the mobile menu icon, the mobile menu does Not appear at all. The only thing that happens is a faded or semi-transparent black cover/overlay appears covering the website with No mobile menu at all

    I wanted to reload an old backup, but unfortunately the oldest is from April 14, 2023, and the Neve version was the same .

    To solve my problem, I provisionally displayed the main menu

    Hi @hbl52,

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

    Unfortunately, I can’t replicate this behaviour on my test instance with the latest version of the theme. Could you please deactivate all the plugins and check if it helps solve the problem? If so, you should reactivate them one by one while checking the functionality of the mobile menu until you identify the plugin causing this. Then, that one should be replaced with an alternative plugin.

    Thanks for your previous message . I had some work seen your message , and to day i desactivated all the plugins, using the FTP connection. Unfortunately the problen still present . version : wordpress: 6.2, NeveVersion : 3.5.8. Do you any idea !!!!!!! Thanks for your answer ; Bernard

    Hi @hbl52!

    Unfortunately, this issue doesn’t occur on our test instances and no other users reported it, so it is occurring only on your end which makes it difficult to debug. I noticed that there are a lot of error in the browser console, which usually affect the functionality of the site, including the mobile menu. You could reach out to your hosting provider regarding those errors, as they should be able to help you solve them.

    Hello, Technical Support Team, I also got the problem that my website desktop version menu is working fine. But my mobile menu does not work. It only shows the frontpage of the website when i click the hamburger menu. But the menu does not show the other pages of the website. I am using the siteground to develop. It is Neve 3.6.7 version. I have disabled all the plugin and delete the cache. But it still doesn’t work. i don’t know how to fix it. Can you give me more help?
