I’m using Neve on 2 different websites and I have different behaviours in the Customize section. If this doesn’t help, the issue may occur due to a plugin conflict, so please install the [Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/), enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one. Any other suggestion? would you know if it has to do with any other interaction with the database? I can confirm that I’m currently using the latest version and nothing has changed so far. I’ve read the article about the Legacy Skin but I can’t see the “Style” section. I’ll try one last attempt at disabling all plugins and check once again. That’s so weird since I love Neve and I use it flawlessly on two other websites I own.
